Irene’s strategic approach to organizational leadership is built upon a strong academic foundation. She earned both her Master of Arts in Organizational Innovation & Change and her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of the Pacific – Benerd College. This formal training provides the theoretical framework for her work in workforce development and system design.
Beyond her degrees, Irene actively pursues specialized knowledge to address the evolving needs of the modern workforce. She holds certifications in Life Design from Stanford University and is a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategist.
